Association of Malaysian Optometrists (AMO) will organize a 1 day Primary Eye Care Seminar in conjunction with our 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) this coming April.
The details of the seminar are as follow:
AMO PRIMARY EYE CARE SEMINAR 2019
Theme: Hidden Gems of Optometry
Date: 5th April 2019 (Friday)
Seminar Time: 7.45am-5.00pm
AGM Time: 11.45am-12.45pm
Venue: Impiana Hotel (near Senai International Airport).
Please take note of the following :
Seminar Fee – RM120.00
The Primary Eye Care Seminar is free for all AMO members attending the AGM. A deposit of RM120.00 will be required upon registration and refunded after the AGM. Please note that the deposit will be forfeited if members fail to show up on the event day.
Seminar fee is non-refundable for non-members. However, the fee can be used to contra for a 1 year AMO membership. Alternatively, non-members may top up RM180.00 to become a Lifetime member of AMO.
There is a special rate of RM180+ per room at Impiana Hotel, for all participants attending the Seminar. Kindly make your room booking with the hotel directly, at +607 595 8899 and quote AMO AGM when you make the booking to enjoy a special rate.
All AMO members attending the Seminar will be entitled for 1 night complimentary hotel accommodation, based on twin sharing basis. Should any members would like to opt for a single occupancy, only 50% of the room rate will be reimbursed. All reimbursements must be supported by hotel receipt/invoice stating names of members for reimbursement purposes, and the reimbursement is only and strictly applicable to accommodation at the Impiana Hotel and capped at RM180+ per room.
