Dear Owners of Optometry Practice,
Like many other industries, economic pressure and also the IOT (Internet of Things) such as digital advertising and online shopping will continue to influence the eye care profession. How are these external factors affecting our profession? As primary eye care professionals, how should we respond to the change in order to continue serving our community?
To answer these and other questions, we are pleased to inform you that we have partnered with CooperVision to bring you a business workshop entitled “3 Universal Ways to Grow Revenue”. In this workshop, we will discuss the issues affecting our industry and what improvements we can make to ensure our eye care profession continues to be robust. The workshop will discuss: how to get more customers; how to build higher transactions; and most importantly, how we can increase customer loyalty and repurchase.
This half-day workshop would normally cost RM380 per person but with CooperVision’s sponsorship, we are happy to offer this workshop for free to all our members. There is also another piece of good news; attendance at this workshop will earn members 10 CPD points!
We really hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity, mark your calendar and join us for this event.
