| MECHANISM OF IMPLEMENTATION
1. The Photo Name Certificate (PNC) will bear the direct
information
regarding the scope of practice of the registered optometry
practitioner.
2. The PNC will be produced ANNUALLY to each and every private
registered optometry practitioner with a valid annual practicing
certificate.
3. The PNC will be produced by the Malaysian Optical Council
without
any charge at this moment.
4. The PNC will be laminated.
5. The PNC must be displayed on the wall of the optical premises.
6. The register optometry practitioner must carry the PNC
to the other
optical premises which they practice.
7. The PNC is non-transferable. |
